In Pt. 2, the rapist turned serial killer was back, leaving a path of death, grief and devastation.  The Bike Path Killer Task Force Investigators would pool their resources, reinterview survivors, and dig through the massive number of tips coming in. They only need "the" one to break the case. Could they find the killer? Would they?
